Our focus is to improve the value of your organization. The contents of our programs are based on the results of our free Business Evaluation. Each program is custom designed to meet the specific needs of your organization while ensuring that you are aware of all aspects of the 9 Core Business Fundamentals and how they affect the operations and management of your company. If you choose the lump sum payment methods mentioned below, you will receive significant cost savings. Contracts can be cancelled at any time – a one month cancellation fee will be assesed at the time of cancellation.
Standard package:
Our standard consulting contract covers 3 each, 2-hour long conversations every month about how things are going and to plan the next week’s activities. These conversations can be either by phone or in person. In addition, I will occasionally come to your place of business and watch how you conduct meetings with your staff/employees, wander around in your production areas and talk with various members of your organization. These ad-hoc visits average out to once a month.
Cost: $3,000 per month, paid in advance. If a 12 month contract is signed and paid in advance as a lump sum, there will be a $6,000 discount. Lump sum payments every 6 months will receive a $1,500 per payment discount.
On-Line package:
Our remote consulting contract covers 2 each, 2-hour long telephone conversations per month. In addition, we can have up to 4 additional Email conversations during the month to go over our planning and progress. I will still want to visit your place of business a few times over the course of the consultation to get a feel for how the work is done and how your people interact. This consulting package works great for businesses that are not located in the Boulder metro area, or who would rather have only two weekly meetings per month. At the start, middle and end of a 12 month contract, I will want to spend 4 or more hours at your place of business to observe and get a feel for the business. I find that visits on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday work best. If the visit requires travel of more than 50 miles one-way, all travel costs are paid for in advance and a daily rate is charged for my time.
Cost: $2,000 per month, paid in advance. If a 12 month contract is signed and paid in advance as a lump sum, there will be a $4,000 discount. Lump sum payments made every 6 months will receive a $1,000 discount per payment.

When you contract for 12 months of in-house consulting/coaching, the base value of your contract is $36,000. ROI is based on the total value of your contract. For a 12 month, in-house monthly payment schedule, your ROI must meet or exceed $90,000. If you make 2 payments, your ROI must meet or exceed $82,500 . And if you pay in one lump sum, your ROI must meet or exceed $75,000.
ROI requirements for Internet based (On-Line) consulting:
When you contract for 12 months of Internet based consulting/coaching, the base value of your contract is $24,000. ROI is based on the total value of your contract. For a 12 month, Internet based monthly payment schedule, your ROI must meet or exceed $60,000. If you make 2 payments, your ROI must meet or exceed $55,000. and if you pay in one lump sum, your ROI must meet or exceed $50,000.
