Free Buisness Evaluation

Believe it or not,

I like helping businesses succeed.

Your success is my success.

To prove it – We offer a 100% money back guarantee!

Our Services start with a free 2 hour business review.  We will give you a multiple answer set of questions that will look at how the 9 Core Business Fundamentals are working in your business.  These questions are designed to show you both the strengths and the weaknesses in your organization as it stands today.  This is a free service we provide to give you insight into how well you and your employees are doing at the business of being in business.

When you take advantage of the free business evaluation, we also offer a free brainstorming session to you and one of your business buddies.  Every business has a headache they are dealing with.  Sometimes it’s how to build a stronger presence on the web – or how to deal with unproductive employees or what to do to save a little more in operating costs.  Our free brainstorming session is 90 minutes long.

Bring your problem and an open mind – we’ll bring our experience and some creativity.  Let’s see if two heads really are better than one.

Why am I offering almost 4 hours of free consultation? (That’s a $500 dollar value!!)

Because when you and I get to work together, we get a chance to decide if we like each other and if we want to continue to work together.  I won’t work with someone who is not willing to step outside their comfort zone, or who thinks they have all the answers.  On the other hand, you might not like the way I talk or the way I work.  Let’s face it, neither one of us wants to be stuck with some turkey for the next 12 months.  We have to be a team focused on the success of the business if we are going to see the kind of results you and I both want to see.

You could learn a lot about how well your company works and I might be able to tell a story about how I helped a business solve their ‘headache-of-the-day’.

If we are a good match, I will make this commitment to you.

Together, you and I will build:

  • A more effective business operations department
  • A better company team
  • A more fun/rewarding/stimulating work environment
  • A more valuable business (now and into the future)
  • Better trained, happier and more productive employees
  • A better (bigger – fatter – stronger) bottom line.

Here’s how it works:

I work on 12 to 24 month contracts (in 6 month increments).  First, I have to get to know your business.  I want to learn about how you run the business, what kinds of systems and processes you use and how you communicate between departments and between management and line personnel.  I need to know what your goals are as the owner of the business, and as an individual (What do you do with your free time and how do you want to spend your retirement?)  Remember that 2 hour business evaluation?  We will use that to get a jump start on things to work on while I get a solid handle on how things work in your organization.

Before we start, we will develop a baseline that tells both of us where the business is today.  Then you and I (or you and your senior advisor and I) will sit down and pull together a plan that addresses what you want your business to be in 12 months.  We will agree that certain steps will be taken to make these plans a reality.  Every week, there will be work that you and your senior managers and staff will need to put in place to move toward your agreed on goals.  I will need to review what has happened and give you advice and suggestions about what needs to be focused on next.  Expect to work hard and that there will be both ups and downs along the way.

Remember what Einstein said, “The definition of insane is to do the same thing you have always done – and expect a different outcome.”
